1. While visiting New Atlantis, check out the Jemison Mercantile shop. Samson Cebrail, who is the quest giver, is staying there.
2. Talk to Samson about the art commerce. He will ask you to pick up one of the exhibits.

Collecting artwork from Zoe Kaminski

1. You have to use the elevator and reach the Trade Authority in the Well district of New Atlantis. There you will meet Zoe Kaminski.
2. Bring up the topic of artwork in the conversation. You will receive an artwork for Samson. Return to the art dealer. You can immediately give him the artwork or bring up the fact that the shady dealer didn't reveal the whole truth to you earlier. You will receive XP and 1,000 credits.
