Stash in front of the Elderwood Palace Lodge

1. The cult stash in question is located in front of the Elderwood Palace Lodge in Bright Falls. You can solve the puzzle on your first visit to the town (Return 1) as Saga, or you can do it later. This is the building where FBI agents are stationed, and in front of which their vehicle is parked.
2. Walk a bit to the west. The box is initially obstructed by a white van - you have to go around it from the other side.

1. After interacting with the box, examine the container's padlock.
2. You'll see a sequence of buttons lighting up green. Your task is to repeat this combination. If you weren't ready, you can press the sequence retry button. The green button combination will be played again.
3. In our case, the correct combination was 916 (phone keypad), but it could be random. Completing the puzzle will open the cult stash containing a note (new clue) and common loot.
