Black Cat is an NPC that has appeared earlier in the game. In the last, 9th Chapter, you will face a choice that may start an optional boss fight. In our guide to Lies of P, we explain how to begin this battle, as well as how to fight and win it. Moreover, we have also included information about its localization and the rewards, once you manage to defeat it.
Where to find Black Cat?
Once you have completed his quest, Black Cat will appear near the Stargazer called Arche Abbey Outer Wall. You'll need to go up by unlocking all the shortcuts. At the very end of the large hall, you will find Black Cat.
How to start a fight with Black Cat?
Initially, when you encounter Black Cat, it will not be hostile towards you. After a short conversation, it will ask you if you will give it a Gold Coin Fruit. If you do this, you will avoid the confrontation. However, if you refuse, a fight with the boss will begin after a short while.
How to fight Black Cat?
Typically, the boss will attack with a two-attack combo, which is quite easy to block. Its blows are linear and can be avoided by dodging to the side. However, we recommend that you try to perfectly reflect his offensive moves, as this will quickly charge the stagger bar.
The boss can also sometimes perform a long-range thrust with his weapon. This is also a linear attack, although it is worth watching out for. It slightly lags the attack animation, so don't block immediately.
When you stagger the enemy, go behind its back and deliver a deadly blow. However, before you do that, it is worth attacking him several times or using any Legion Arm with a debuff.
After all this is done, you should easily defeat it and win the fight against Black Cat. The boss does not have a large number of unique moves.

For defeating Black Cat you will receive 2960 Ergo and Black Cat's Mask.
