After accepting the side mission and talking to Rio, head to the designated place. Investigate the trace on the ground and follow the trail. Defeat enemies and answer the suspicious phone. Go to the next location and talk to Teo playing the trumpet. Go to the place designated on the map and help the owner of the musical instrument store.

This mission will be available after completing the previous Cultural Museum. Go to the designated place and defeat all the enemies. Catch up with the fleeing Darren and take the rest of the instruments from him. Lastly, take part in the museum opening.
