Spurned Progeny is a formidable opponent who can flood the lower part of the arena with lava, use fire attacks, and attack with his hands or a special hand that is his tongue. Spurned Progeny in a nutshell

1. During the second phase, you must move to the upper floor of the arena. The boss will create a lake of lava that will inflict continuous fire damage.
2. Some ranged attacks or an explosion can be dodged if you stand behind a wall. Some ruins that can be used as a cover are located on the upper floors, both to the right and left.
3. It's worth wearing armor that provides good protection against physical damage and fire. Rings that increase health are also useful because the boss's attacks, if they hit you, can reduce your health bar to zero.

How to fight Spurned Progeny in phase 1?

The first phase takes place in the lower part of the arena. You should focus on attacking the legs and the hands. Spurned Progeny will often forcefully sit down on the ground or attempt to crush you with his leg. We recommend unlocking the camera to get a better view of what your opponent is trying to do.

The boss can also create a fire sign on the ground that will remain there for a long time. Contact with the sign will cause you to take damage. Avoid this place on the arena.

Spurned Progeny may attack three times with his hands if you stand in front of him. Dodge and start attacking his legs from behind.

By standing on two legs and extending its tongue, the boss will cause an explosion to occur where you are. You only have a moment to react. Instead of dodging, it's a good idea to run in one direction.

How to fight Spurned Progeny in phase 2?

After the boss's health bar drops to about 70%, he will flood the entire lower arena with lava. Don't go there under any circumstances, otherwise you'll quickly die. On the left and right sides there are stairs leading to the upper floor of the arena. Now you'll have to fight Spurned Progeny there.

In addition to his standard, slow, but very powerful attacks, the boss can wave his hand-like tongue three times. The attack will be performed every second.

Spurned Progeny can also create a fireball, which will generate a fiery wave when it collides with the ground. You can then dodge forward and proceed to attack the boss's tongue.

The boss's most dangerous attack is creating a huge fireball that explodes after a certain amount of time. If you don't hide behind the wall, your character will die instantly. Wait behind the wall until a white screen appears, then jump to the bottom of the arena and kill the boss. The lava will disappear.
