During Saga Anderson's chapters in Alan Wake 2, you can set out to complete all Nursery Rhymes (an optional activity), and on this page, we focus on the final doll of the set, the father-doll. On this page of our guide, you can find tips on where to look for this doll, and how to overcome a bug that makes picking up father-doll from the contanier and adding it to your inventory impossible.
Father Doll
- Father is the name of the doll which you'll be able to pick up as a bonus find if you've taken it upon yourself to collect previous dolls. The box with father-doll appears after completing all Nursery Rhymes except the final one - for the locations of dolls and solutions to puzzles associated with them, visit the Puzzle solutions chapter of the guide.
- In the area where you've completed the final rhyme (you can approach them in any order), an additional chest will appear - the exemplary location of the chest (Rental Cabins) is shown in the screenshot above.
- You should see the father-doll after opening this container.
For collecting all of the dolls, you'll receive a trophy - I'll Find You. The father-doll is also needed for solving the final Nursery Rhyme in Witchfinder's Station in Cauldron Lake region.
Bug with getting the doll from the box
- You may encounter a problem with removing the doll from the container. After pointing the cursor to the doll and pressing the interaction button (X on PlayStation, A on Xbox), Saga may not perform the action and won't add the quest item to her inventory.
- The above situation is a game bug that at the moment of creating this page, hasn't been fixed yet. The makeshift solution to this problem is constantly pointing the cursor to the doll and fast pressing of the interaction button. With one of the attempts, Saga should correctly take the doll.
- Check the second inventory tab to make sure that the father-doll made its way to the heroine's inventory.
