Defeating Walker of Illusions is a mandatory boss encounter, required to proceed with the game and eventually finish it. Where to find the Walker of Illusions?
You'll find Walker of Illusions near a Stargazer called Abandoned Apartment. After unlocking the shortcut, go up the ladder, and then turn right into the apartment. The boss is found in the attic, with his back to you.
How to fight the Walker of Illusions?
Even though the Walker of Illusions is a mandatory main encounter, he isn't that much of a threat as other opponents of this type. When it comes to this enemy, expect quick attacks and spawning clones, who attack in a similar pattern.
In the preparation phase, a good solution would be to equip a weapon that has an extended effective range and deals area of effect damage. Another good idea would be to equip items that offer resistance to Disruption.
Most of the boss's attacks are performed in very close range. This means that to attack, the boss has to approach very closely. However, if he manages that, he will start attacking very fast, so get ready for quick presses of the block button.
Moreover, most of his attacks can be avoided by moving to the right side, making you avoid his attacks, and with enough time to counter.
The boss can stop trying to get close to create a copy of him that attacks in the same manner. The clone will receive a separate health bar. We recommend dealing with the clone first so it is only you versus the real boss.
If the boss starts screaming, move away from him as quickly as possible , as during that time, it will be hard to land some hits, and if you're close, the Disruption bar will start to fill. If it reaches full capacity, your hero will instantly die.
