On this Farming Simulator 22 guide page, you will find information about the default controls/keybinds for keyboard and mouse, and on the controllers for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5.
By default, the game shows the controls of the vehicle you are currently in. You won't find all the commands here, but the most important ones. If you do not see such a window, open the menu, go to the General Settings, and enable the first option - Help Window.
It is possible to play with a controller on PC.
