There are other people on the planet Regis III - at the end of the day, you can't avoid them indefinitely. On this page of the guide you will find out whether you should drink the water offered by Rohytra.

Although Yasna spends most of her time on planet Regis III in almost complete solitude, she will eventually come across other people. As Novik feared, this meeting is not particularly pleasant. After your second visit to Alliance base and climbing the nearby cliff, Yasna will be captured by a member of the Alliance, Rohytra. In his hideout, a conversation and information sharing will take place. Rohytra will finally offer the protagonist a drink of water. The decision whether to drink the water or not is entirely up to you.

Drinking water
Drinking the offered water has no negative consequences. Rohytra is sincere and really wants to help Yasna. In the end, the heroes will form an alliance. The next day, Rohytra will forget about Yasna cause of brain damage - she will however remind him of herself. The protagonist will embark on a search for remaining Condor crew members.
Refusal
Due to Rohytra's losing her memory the next day, the relationship is not really affected by this choice. It seems like this choice has no foreseeable consequences.
