There is no shortage of charming locations in Lords of the Fallen, which is why you may want to try out the photo mode. On this page of the guide, you'll learn how to turn on the photo mode, the difference between 2D and 3D photos, and how to view and edit saved 3D photos.

  1. You can activate photo mode by opening any menu and pressing the photo mode button (pressing the left analog stick on the pad).

After activating the photo mode, you can freely move the camera, including rotating and adjusting it in different planes. Additional settings are also available:

  1. Graphic filters - You can, for instance, change the colors or set a black-and-white filter and adjust its intensity.
  2. Image - The game allows you to change the brightness of the screen, as well as the intensity and hue of the colors.
  3. Color Balance - You can use different sliders and change the saturation.
  4. Depth of field - You can adjust it manually or enable autofocus.
  5. Visual effects - These include, among others: chromatic aberration and film grain.
  6. Characters - You can modify the main character and hide other characters.
  7. Frame and Logo - You have the option to add a frame or logo and customize their appearance.

Once you have your photo ready, you have 2 main options:

  1. Saving the photo - A traditional 2D screenshot will be created.
  2. Saving a 3D Photo - The game will save it separately, allowing you to access it later (more details below).

  1. In the game's main menu, one of the options is 3D Photos. It enables you to load previously saved 3D photos.
  2. This option loads the three-dimensional location where you saved the photo. That's very helpful because it's interactive - you can rotate the camera again and redo all the photo mode settings. So it's not just a static screen.
