The Bowl of Revelations is an important quest item from Lords of the Fallen. This guide page shows you where to find the Bowl of Revelations in Umbral, as well as who to give this artifact to and what the reward is for doing so in addition to the Past Shapes the Present achievement.

To unlock another major mechanic providing unique items in Lords of the Fallen (2023) you need to find and deliver a quest item called Bowl of Revelations. On this page of our guide, we show where to find the Bowl, and how to deliver it to one of the NPCs encountered in Skyrest hub area.
Finding the Bowl of Revelations
- Bowl of Revelation is obtained in the course of solving a major puzzle involving an inactive elevator in Bellroom. This puzzle we describe in detail on the How to repair the elevator? page.
- The main part of the puzzle involves reaching the bottom part of the elevator shaft. Along the way, you will need to switch between Axiom and Umbral worlds. You'll also reach a location (screenshot) where you can use a Vestige Seed to create an Anchor Between Realms.
- There is a ladder in the area, but to use it, you need to switch to Umbral, as the bottom area will only appear then. Go down the ladder.
- In the new area, there is an interactive statue (screenshot 1). You must equip your Umbral Lamp, target the statue and use Soulflay on it.
- Successful action will make a loot pile appear on the ground. In it, you'll find the Bowl of Revelations.
Monsters found in the area may prevent you from collecting the artifact. You can either deal with all creatures and collect the quest item before more appear or simply lure the monsters away from the statue.
Delivering the Bowl and unlocking the Remembrance mechanic
- With the Bowl of Revelations, you can return to Molhu in Skyrest. His location can be found on the Where is Molhu? page and as a reminder, he only appears in Umbral.
- Select the option to talk to Molhu and hand over the Bowl of Revelations . This unlocks The Past Shapes the Present bronze trophy.
- With the Bowl delivered, during next conversations, you can access Offer Remembrance dialogue option. In the new menu, you can use Remembrances collected from defeated bosses.
- Molhu will accept Umbral Scourings as payment to create unique items related to specific bosses e.g. their weapons or armor. To learn more, visit All Remembrances and What are the uses of Umbral Scourings? pages in our guide.
