Defend the symbiote nests in the central part of Harlem for 1 minute and 30 seconds to get the collectible.

You'll find this symbiote nest in the south-eastern part of Harlem. Activate the time bomb and defend the nest for a specified time displayed on the screen.
Symbiote Nest #3 (Upper West Side)

You'll find the nest in the tunnel. Protect the nest from symbiotes until the bomb is activated.
Symbiote Nest #4 (Upper East Side)

This nest is in the north-western part of the district. Protect the nest from symbiotes until the sonic bomb explodes.
Symbiote Nest #5 (Upper East Side)

This collectible is located under the bridge in the eastern part of the Upper East Side. This time you have to defend 2 nests from the attacks of the symbiotes.

This nest is in the southern part of Chinatown. Place the bomb and protect the nests for the specified time displayed on the screen.

This time, you also have to defend two symbiote nests at once. Place the bombs and watch the bar at the top of the screen.

This nest will be guarded by a group of symbiotes, with one exceptionally large opponent. Wait for the sonic bomb to launch and watch the bar at the top of the screen.

This nest is in the eastern part of Astoria. Defend 2 nests simultaneously to complete the activity.
Reward for passing all 10 symbiote nests
Once you destroy all the nests, you'll receive King in Black Suit and unlock the Exterminator trophy.
