How to take photos?
Photo OPS activities are unlocked after completing one of the story missions during which you come into contact with reporter Robbie Robertson. You'll know of an opportunity for a photo presenting itself when you see a camera icon on the minimap, be it after an area scan or when web-swinging across the city. For each photo taken, you will receive 150 XP and 2 City Tokens.
Once you complete all 23 Photo OPS, Robert will call you, and you'll receive 5 City Tokens and 1000 XP.
