In the Top Secret quest in the Starfield game you have to extract information from Simon Roaring for Ryujin Industries. Our walkthrough describes all the variants of meeting Simon on Cydonia and how to break into Stanley's computer and get the Dominion project files.

Top Secrets is a title ofone of the more complex missions from the Ryujin Industries faction questline in Starfield. Meeting Maeve and Ularu Chen in Ryujin Industries skyscraper

1. After completing Maintaining the Edge mission (for the walkthrough, visit a dedicated page), Imogen will inform you of your promotion and new rank in Ryujin Industries. You can now access the Executive floor and meet with Imogen's superior.
2. Go to the elevator and choose Executive Offices from the destination menu, which is the highest floor possible.
3. On the new floor, look for Maeve Salini and choose any dialogue option as the reason for accosting. During the conversation, Ularu Chen will appear - talk to her next to initiate the quest in question. Your task is to identify a mole among the Ryujin employees.

Meeting with Simon Ryczek in Cydonia

1. Leave the city of Neon and travel to Cydonia on Mars (Sol system). Follow the quest marker to find your contact, Simon Ryczek. He can be found not far from the excavation zone, leaning on the railing.
2. Once interacted, choose the first dialogue option (Razor derby is the only real sport - screenshot above) to let Simon know that it is Ryujin that sent you.

Extracting information from Simon

You can obtain the sensitive information in a few ways:

1. Pay 10,000 credits - Ryujin only provided you with 1,000 for expenses, so you need to cover the remaining 9,000 from your own pocket.
2. Complete a Persuasion check (4 points). Successfully completing the check will lower Simon's price to 8,000 credits.
3. Agree to do a favor for Simon - this variant (more complicated) is described below.

1. The favor will be eliminate a mercenary named Malai Liskova. Leave Cydonia and fly to orbit of Saturn.
2. As soon as you arrive at Saturn, Datura ship will come into contact with you. The first option is to attack the ship . Datura is of level 20, so the fight may be quite challenging. After successfully eliminating Datura, approach the wreck to find a loot chest and collect the Ember weapon.
3. The second option is to talk and lead the conversation so that the conflict is resolved peacefully.

1. This will involve convincing Malai to yield her weapon and this way deceive Simon.
2. After docking on her ship, you need to additionally complete a Persuasion check as otherwise, the woman will attack the team. Make sure to pick up Ember either after successful Persuasion or killing Malai.

Files and listening to the audio log

1. Regardless of the approach you've chosen, return to Simon. He will allow you to keep Ember as your reward. You now have information regarding Dominion which comes in form of a few quest items.
2. Files and Stanley McMillan's audio log can be found in your inventory in Notes tab. Check both of these items.

Recovering Project Dominion files

1. The next objective is also on Cydonia - follow the quest marker and you'll reach Deimos Staryard Corporate Quarters
2. Locate Stanley's computer, and make sure you're stealthed. If yes, use the digipick to hack the computer (lowest security level).

1. Once logged into the system, choose Deimos Staryards Presentation, which is the top icon in the upper left corner.
2. Unfortunately, Project Dominion is marked with a padlock, which means you have to hack the system. You need to use a digipick and complete the mini-game (lowest level). Successfully hacking the system will allow you to download the files.
3. You can now return to Ularu Chen in Ryujin skyscraper on Neon. Make a report regarding Project Dominion. Follow Ularu to the office of Masako Imada. Conversation with Masako concludes the quest. Your reward will be XP, 10,000 credits, ammo and a Reconstim consumable. You'll also unlock the next quest in the chain (Background Checks).
