The Devils You Know is a short mission to complete for the ZK Guard faction. Our walkthrough contains information about the encounter with Vae Victis and the fight with the Warlock ship.

The Devils You Know is a mission in the UC Vanguard questline. On this page of our guide, we show how and where to meet Vae Victis, journey to The Den, and how to deal with The Warlock spaceship.

Meeting with Vae Victis

1. Head over to Subsection Seven. You can access this location via an elevator in UC Vanguard headquarters in MAST district. The location is in New Atlantis, on the planet Jemison in the Alpha Centauri system.
2. Proceed through the corridor and turn right. Wait for confirmation and proceed to the next room.
3. Approach the intercom and talk to Francois Sanon. You must agree to his proposal.
4. You can go back to Elisabeth MacIntyre and tell her about the meeting.

Journey to Wolf system

1. Board your ship and travel to Chthonia orbit in Wolf system.
2. Approach The Den spacestation and dock in it. There, talk to Ryan Marquez.

Now, travel to Etherea orbit in Wolf system and approach The Warlock. You have two options:

1. You can fire at and destroy the ship. After this, approach the wreck and collect the evidence.
2. It is also possible to take aim at The Warlock and dock at it under pressure. Enter the cockpit, collect the evidence, and return to Jemison.
3. The choice is not really important - the mission always ends the same.

Returning to New Atlantis

1. Return to Vae Victis (MAST District, Subsection Seven) and report your findings to him.
2. Pass the ID to Transfer System.
3. Talk to Vae again and the mission will end. Your rewards are XP and 3000 credits.
