Where Have You Been?

This mission is completed alongside one of the story missions happening in Financial District. After meeting Yuri, you'll unlock next The Flame side mission.
Everything Burns

During this mission, you and Wraith will investigate a building in Chinatown. After defeating the cultists and freeing the prisoners, the duo will do some investigating, finding a recording of The Flame.
I Knew You Had It In You

This mission will take you to a derelict hospital in Astoria. After uncovering who The Flame is, you'll need to battle Wraith.
It Was Meant For Me

The final mission of this substory happens in Williamsburg. Your task will be to defuse 4 bombs while maintaining stealth and silently eliminating opponents. With the appearance of Wraith, you'll need to face the cultists for the final time. Finally, you'll derail a train and watch a cut-scene concluding The Flame substory.
