BepInEx Unity Installer is a too by aedenthorn.
This is a tool that simplifies the process of installing BepInEx on WIndows.
Simply copy BepInExUnityInstaller.exe into your game's folder beside the file called UnityPlayer.dll (it's also the folder with your game's EXE file) and run BepInExUnityInstaller.exe. The console will give information on what it is doing.
This does not work for IL2CCP games.
